What’s at Stake in this Election?

The ACLU of Arkansas dares to create a more perfect union. This charge exists beyond one person, party, or side. Our commitment resides with the power of the people. Arkansas is on the frontline standing against repressive government intrusion. From censorship and total abortion bans to discriminatory laws against immigrants and the LGBTQ community, Arkansas politicians have been chipping at our freedoms for years. But we will not relinquish our freedoms to politicians. We, the people, hold the power to make our state truly free. A state where we are free to live without government interference. Free to learn without government censorship. Free to exist without the burden of discrimination. The most fundamental way to fight against extreme agendas is by voting for your rights. This page is a central repository for what you need to know to be ready to participate and vote in the 2024 general election. Voting is an act of resistance. Make sure you are ready to vote this November.
